Jining Shenzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huaqin Rubber Industry Group, originated from Yanzhou Rubber Capsule Factory established in 1989. With a registered capital of 360 million yuan and occupying a 120,000-square-meter Hixin Group Shenzhou Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, the company is a modern manufacturing enterprise integrating the production of oral solid dosage forms, small volume injections, sterile powder injections, and complex injections. It is committed to building the world's most commercially productive complex dosage form industrial base.

The production facilities are strictly planned and constructed in accordance with FDA and EU standards. The park is equipped with a quality inspection building, complex injection workshop, small volume injection workshop, oral solid dosage workshop, cephalosporin workshop, penicillin workshop, active pharmaceutical ingredient workshop, high-end automated three-dimensional warehouse, power workshop, and sewage treatment center. The park was put into use at in 2025, with a production capacity of 250 million sterile powder injections, 900 million aqueous injections, and 6 billion tablets per year. It has implemented a flexible layout in terms of product dosage forms and batch sizes.

The company's development is positioned as a "Global High-end Preparation Processing Center," with a primary focus on long-acting sustained-release preparations and targeted preparations. The company intends to establish six major preparation technology platforms: nanoparticles, multi-vesicular liposomes, microspheres, sustained-release implants, liposomes, and microcrystals. These platform technologies represent the cutting-edge of the current complex injection field. These technology platforms can meet the industrialization needs of innovative drugs, improved new drugs, and high-end generic drugs, providing technical support for the company's strategic leap from imitation to improvement to innovation.

In terms of R&D strategy, the company will focus on generic improvement in the field of chronic diseases in the short term, and plan to break through cutting-edge technologies and venture into the fields of anti-tumor and immune system in the medium and long term, achieving a leap from generic to improved to innovative stages.
